On July 27, "Rare Earth Kingdom" and "World Capital of Tungsten" celebrated its high-level event: "2010 Industrial Cooperation and Promotion Conference of Rare-earth & Tungsten Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, China" was held in Ganzhou. Domestic and overseas leaders, experts, scholars and entrepreneurs from rare earth and tungsten industrial circles made proposals and gave suggestions, discussed acceleration of structural adjustment and developmental-level improvement of rare earth and tungsten, sought strategic cooperation, and together discussed the development plan, for the further growth of (Ganzhou rare earth and tungsten) resource-oriented priority industrial clusters, promotion of Jiangxi's ten big strategic new industries building, and implementation of national rare metals resources integration strategy.

It is a national conference on rare earth and tungsten industries, which has the highest standard and level in Jiangxi and Ganzhou. More than 700 people including leaders from related departments of national, provincial and municipal levels, heads of related national rare earth and tungsten industrial associations, experts and scholars from scientific research institutes and universities, heads and strategic investors from famous enterprises of domestic and overseas rare earth and tungsten fields, and reporters from central, provincial and municipal media, attended the conference.

The conference also held the project signing ceremony.
