Recently, the Propaganda Department of Ganzhou Municipal Party Committee, the Comprehensive Office of the Six-area Construction Headquarter of Downtown Ganzhou and Gannan Daily jointly hold the collection of Fu style articles with titles of "Ode to Zhang River" and " Ode to Gong River " to echo the mega-city construction in full swing.

As the continuous expansion of downtown Ganzhou, a graceful eco-city planned along Zhang River, Gong River and Gan River and the six riverbanks is unfolded in front of the public gradually. The green belts of the "3 rivers and 6 riverbanks" become an important place for public leisure and sightseeing.

In order to demonstrate the profound cultural foundation of Ganzhou, integrate regional cultural features in the urban construction and improve the urban level, after extensive solicitation of opinions, Ganzhou decides to set up memorial stone inscriptions at important nodes of the green belts of "the 3 rivers and 6 riverbanks" to introduce the city's history, culture, celebrity stories, sing high of its mountainous scenery and publicize its tremendous achievements in the scientific and harmonious catch-up and leap-forward development of economy and society.

One memorial stone inscription will be established properly in the green belts of the upper reach of Ganzhou Bridge and the right riverbank of Gong River respectively. Fu style articles will be carved on stone inscriptions, with "Ode to Zhang River " on the south bank of Zhang River and "Ode to Gong River " on the right bank of Gong River.
